They said Brad is wonderful! He is always willing to go above and beyond to support the individuals at his program and at other programs as well. He has a positive attitude and will jump in smiling, making the best out of every situation.
Brad makes himself available to help both clients and staff alike. He is dedicated, kind, and ALWAYS moving. He good role model to new staff coming in and is willing to assist with training and helping them learn the DSP role.

What motivates you to do your best work every day?
I have known some clients for a long time, it’s like taking care of your family.
What do you love most about working with the individuals you support?
I love hearing the clients’ stories.
What is one skill or quality you have developed in your role that you are most proud of?
Over the past three years working here, I’ve learned a lot about patience.
What is something you do outside of work that you are passionate about?
I’m good with my hands. I enjoy working on cars and carpentry projects.
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to grow in their role or career at NHS Northstar?
These are the clients’ homes. Treat the environment as good as your own home, and the clients as good as your own family.
