Grounds Maintenance (Seasonal)
Overview
The Seasonal Grounds Maintenance position will primarily assist in yard and grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and basic landscaping.
Base starting pay:
- $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Location:
- Chisholm, MN 55719
Available time types:
- Part or Full-time, Seasonal-Temporary
Responsibilities
- Supports the Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles of NHS Northstar.
- Assist in providing maintenance to company facilities, supporting the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Technicians.
- Assist in yard and grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and basic landscaping.
- Assist in vehicle maintenance and transporting company vehicles for oil changes and other repairs.
- Assist in performing various maintenance-related tasks as needed.
- Assist the process for delivery’s to sanitary land fill and recycling.
- Assist in maintaining the household supply inventory and perform deliveries.
- Wear and utilize appropriate safety equipment according to OSHA and organizational policies and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience/Education/Training
- High School Diploma or GED, or is pursuing, is required
Regulatory Requirements/Licensure
- Valid Driver’s License
- Department of Human Services Background Check
- Meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to NHS Northstar’s insurer
