Emily has her clients in mind at all times and focuses on their outcomes and goals. She finds activities for the clients to do, takes them places, and finds healthy meals and snacks for the clients. She was a huge help at Nova when they were without a supervisor. She makes sure everything is current and up to date and helps train the new staff. She is always on time and picks up shifts when needed. Emily is an amazing staff!

Try to stay open-minded. Take time to listen and ask questions. Communicate and work as a team.
