- The Formstack ticket system will be available on desktops and in the kiosk.
- Much like IT tickets, anyone can submit a ticket for support.
- Please use this Formstack ticket system to submit ideas for any support you might need.
- Once the ticket is submitted, learning and development will correspond with leadership to decide how we can get the resource and support you need to you.
- Leaders, please encourage all staff to feel confident using the training Formstack.
As always, trainings are determined by leadership. Ideas for what will help staff support individuals are welcomed and will be used to plan future supports as appropriate.
